All deposits are nonrefundable. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking system. Simply select your service, choose a time that works for you, and confirm your appointment.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your total service cost.

We kindly ask that you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the loss of your deposit and rescheduling.

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Avoid using oil/creams to your eyelashes and around your eyes before appointment. Also avoid caffeine or any energy drinks before your appointment to help keep your eyes relaxed during the service.

Please arrive with a clean face and avoid using exfoliating products, retinol, or strong active ingredients for 24–48 hours before your appointment. If you have any skin concerns, allergies, or are using prescription skincare, let me know so your facial can be safely customized to your skin needs.
